在常州市委关于建立2021年市级领导工作专班推进重点工作的实施意见中，

专门成立了加快推进国际学校、国际医院、国际社区建设专班的工作组，

各级政府部门也全力配合国际人才社区的工作，帮助外国人能在常州高效便捷的投资创业和生活居住。

常州市公安局出入境管理支队还将在社区设立常州境外人士服务站和移民融入服务站，

方便外籍人士初审各类居留证件。
