Work requirements and types

1、Painting 绘画

（1）Types: watercolor gouache painting, ink painting, oil painting, pastel painting, sketching, animation, line drawing, printmaking, comprehensive creativity, etc.

种类：水彩水粉画、水墨画、油画、蜡笔画、素描速写、动漫、线描、版画、综合创意等

（2）Paper painting works shall not exceed 40×60cm (four-open size), Chinese painting works shall not exceed four feet (height shall not exceed 138cm, width shall not exceed 69cm), and the use of paint and form is not limited.

纸质绘画作品不超过40×60cm（四开大小），国画作品不超过四尺整张（高度不超过138cm，宽度不超过69cm），使用颜料和形式不限。

（3）Oil canvas paintings, special materials, three-dimensional and computer-drawn works are not accepted.

不接受油布画、特种材料及立体及电脑绘制作品。

2、Calligraphy书法

（1）Both soft and hard pens can be used for the works, and the vertical style is suitable for soft pen calligraphy.

作品软笔、硬笔均可，软笔书法以竖式为宜。

（2）Vertical paper cannot exceed four feet (height does not exceed 138cm, width does not exceed 69cm), horizontal paper cannot exceed 40cm in height and 248cm in length.The format and size of hard pen calligraphy works are not limited.

竖式不超过四尺整张（高度不超过138cm、宽度不超过69cm）横卷高不超过40cm、长不超过248cm。硬笔书法作品格式及大小尺寸不限。

（3）Regular script, official script, running script, cursive script, etc. can be used freely, and the format is free to choose between horizontal script or straight script.

书体楷书、隶书、行书、草书等自由发挥，格式横书或直书自由选择。

3、Photography摄影

 （1）Both single and group photos are acceptable.

单幅照片、组照均可。

  （2）The photo must be an electronic file and the size must be less than 20MB.After being selected, a five-inch (approximately 12.7×8.9cm) or larger enlarged print should be sent, along with a technical introduction about the shooting process of the work.

照片须为电子档案，大小必须在20MB以下。入选后需寄送五寸（约12.7×8.9cm）以上扩印片，并附送作品拍摄过程的相关技术介绍。

  （3）The electronic file must be in JPG, PNG or TIF format. Color or black and white images, retouching, and cropping are accepted, but do not accept surround view, high dynamic range images, and fisheye lenses unless used underwater.Photographic works can be edited, but participants must retain the original electronic files created without the built-in software of the mobile phone (such as effects, filters) or any other processing software to protect their right to participate in the competition.

电子档须JPG、PNG或TIF格式。接受彩色黑白影像，修图、裁切处理， 不接受环景、高动态范围影像以及鱼眼镜头除非于水底使用。摄影作品可修图后参赛，但参赛者务必保留未经手机内建软件（如效果、滤镜） 或其它任何处理软件后制过的原始电子档案以保障自身参赛权力。

  （4）In view of the increasing popularity of unmanned aerial systems for taking photos, if the entries are taken by drones, they must ensure that they comply with the local safety operation regulations, and the entries must retain the satellite positioning data when the work was taken.

鉴于无人机系统拍摄照片越来越普及，参赛作品若以无人机拍摄必须确保符合拍摄当地之安全操作法规，参赛作品必须保留该张作品拍摄时的卫星定位资料。

4、Intangible cultural heritage

非物质文化遗产

（1）Works that are intangible cultural heritage should be submitted in the form of graphic art works, such as embroidery, paper-cutting, etc.

作品属非物质文化遗产类的以平面艺术作品形式提交，如刺绣、剪纸等。

（2）The size of the work must conform to the size of painting or calligraphy.

作品尺寸需符合绘画或书法任一类的作品尺寸。

（3）To participate in the competition, you only need to submit the electronic photographed version. Please pay attention to the method of preservation of the work when submitting the original work after notification to ensure that the work is not easily damaged during the submission and display period.

参赛只需提交电子拍摄版，待通知提交作品原件时请注意作品保存的方法，以确保作品在呈交和展示期间不易受损。

5、Video视频

（1）There is no limit to the content, shooting method, and expression of the work, and the picture is required to be clear and coherent, and the content is complete.The duration of the work should not exceed five minutes.

作品内容、拍摄手法、表现形式不限，要求画面清晰连贯，内容完整。作品时长不超过五分钟。

（2）The output file ratio is 16:9, and the format is 1080P50i for full HD in MP4 format. Submission of the work must provide the finalized version of the editing and the original material of the video.

输出档案比例16:9，格式为1080P50i的全高清之作MP4格式。作品提交需提供剪辑后期完成版及视频原素材。

（3）Videos and materials must be original, and there should be no intellectual property disputes.Please make your own production or purchase the copyright for all-round broadcasting in works such as soundtracks and fonts that involve copyright.

视频及素材必须具备原创性，不存在知识产权争议。配乐及字体等作品中涉及版权请自行制作或购买全方位播放版权。

3、Participation methods 参与方式

（1）The electronic version of the entry and the registration form should be sent to the designated mailbox of Jiangsu competition area 490524523@qq.com. If it is shortlisted for the national review, the original should be submitted.

参赛作品电子版及报名表发至江苏赛区指定邮箱490524523@qq.com，入围全国评审需提交原作。

（2）Individual submission only needs to fill in the "Individual Registration Form for Collection of Children's Public Welfare Visual Art Works" for "Diversity and Biodiversity Protection". For group or institution submissions, an additional "Summary Form for Collecting Groups of "Diversity and Diversity" Children's Public Welfare Visual Art Works" is required.

个人报送只需填写《“千姿百态·生物多样性”保护儿童公益视觉艺术作品征集个人登记表》，团体或机构报送需额外填写《“千姿百态·生物多样性”儿童公益视觉艺术作品征集团体汇总表》。

（3）The name of the author, the name of the work, age group, school and instructor must be indicated under the title of the electronic file of the work.

作品电子档案标题下须注明作者姓名、作品名称、年龄组别、学校和指导老师。

（4）Mail naming format: collection of works for biodiversity conservation + category (painting/calligraphy/photography/intangible cultural heritage/video works) + school or institution name + region + name, such as: collection of works for biodiversity conservation photography + Changzhou Primary School+Changzhou (Li Ming).

邮件命名格式：生物多样性保护作品征集+类别（绘画/书法/摄影/非遗/视频作品）+学校或机构名称+地区+姓名，如：生物多样性保护作品征集摄影+常州小学+常州（李明）。

prize settings 奖 项 设 置

全国奖项设置National awards setting：

Individual awards each age group has three grand prizes and gold, silver, and bronze awards

个人奖项各年龄组别均设大奖三名及金奖、银奖、铜奖  

江苏省奖项设置The awards of Jiangsu Province：

  1、Excellence Award: no more than 10 works in each category will be submitted to the National Organizing Committee.

卓越奖：各作品种类不超过10名，作品报送全国组委会。

  2、Finalist Prize: 30% of the total works

入围奖：数量为总作品的30%。

  3、Outstanding organization award: successfully selected for the Excellence Award or 20 or more shortlisted organizations.

优秀组织奖项：成功入选卓越奖或者20个及以上入围奖的团体机构。

  4、Excellent Guidance Award: The work mentor selected for the Jiangsu Excellence Award.

优秀指导奖项：入选江苏赛区卓越奖的作品指导人。

1、Excellent works selected by experts will be exhibited at the COP15 conference, the COP26 conference in Glasgow, UK, and the Youth COP conference in Milan, Italy, and selected paintings will be included in the "Green Paper on Children's Biodiversity Conservation Research in China" for national distribution .

专家评选出优秀作品将在COP15大会平行活动、英国格拉斯哥COP26大会以及意大利米兰青年COP大会上进行展出，并会精选部分画作纳入《中国儿童生物多样性保护研究绿皮书》全国发行。

 2、Authors of award-winning works have the opportunity to be invited to participate in parallel activities of the COP15 conference and issue child biodiversity protection initiatives.

获奖作品作者有机会受邀参加COP15大会平行活动，发出儿童生物多样性保护倡议。

 3、The work has the opportunity to be selected by a famous company recognized by the Ministry of Environmental Protection for its product packaging, advocating biodiversity in all aspects and multiple angles.

作品有机会被环保部认可的著名企业选为其产品包装，全方位多角度倡导生物多样性。

    Special Note 特别提示：

   1、All entries must be original works without copyright disputes. The copyright belongs to the organizer and the organizer of the works that are adopted for the award, and the author has the right to sign. The organizer has the right to retain the work and use it in related activities (including exhibition, publicity, publication, production of derivative products, etc.) without additional remuneration.

所有参赛作品需为原创作品，无版权争议。凡是获奖被采用的作品，版权归属主办单位和承办单位所有，作者享有署名权。承办单位有权保留作品且在相关活动中使用（包括展出、宣传、出版、制作衍生品等），不另付稿酬。

   2、 This activity is a public welfare activity and does not charge any registration fees.
